I am a licensed mental health counselor in Taiwan who works with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges in multicultural settings. I have eight years of experience in international schools that adopt the GCSE, IB, AP, and Common Core curriculums, plus one year of counseling experience in EAP services. I support individual clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves through a therapeutic alliance during sessions, and in utilizing their strengths and coping skills to navigate and overcome their personal challenges. I also collaborate with cross-cultural and expat couples to improve their communication, mutual understanding, and relationship satisfaction.
